Jane L. Polin brings nearly four decades of innovative leadership experience within the nonprofit and private sectors in high-impact investment of philanthropic resources. Now serving as a philanthropic advisor, principally in the fields of the arts, education, and workforce development, she has completed complex assignments for a diverse set of national clients, including Accenture; The Dana Foundation; The Ford Foundation; The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; Jobs for the Future; The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts; Skills for America’s Future; and Young Audiences.

Ms. Polin has created numerous field-building initiatives, including Funding Futures: Scholarships as Agents of Social Change (2016) for The Ford Foundation; Transforming Arts Teaching: The Role of Higher Education (2007) and Acts of Achievement: The Role of Performing Arts Centers in Education (2003) for The Dana Foundation; and The National Fund for Workforce Solutions (2007) and The Fate of the American Dream: Strengthening America’s Education and Skills Pipeline (2005) with Jobs for the Future.
