Ploughshares Fund
Paul Carroll serves as the program director of the Ploughshares Fund that seeks to reduce and ultimately eliminate risks from nuclear weapons. He also serves as a senior advisor to N Square, serving as a bridge between the nuclear security community and new sectors and organizations. Prior to joining Ploughshares Fund in 2000, Paul worked on nuclear weapons issues at the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment and the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, D.C.
